The Delos Product Platform (the "Platform") is strictly limited for use by you in connection with the performance of your job duties and responsibilities for Delos Living LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Delos"). By logging into the Platform, you hereby certify your agreement to the following:

You may not use the Platform for any personal or other unauthorized reason. Except in connection with the performance of your job duties and responsibilities, you may not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise exploit any materials, information and/or other content contained in, derived or obtained from the Platform (collectively, "Content"), without the express written permission of Delos. You hereby acknowledge and agree to observe your confidentiality obligations with respect to all such Content as stated in Delos' policies and to not violate the intellectual property and proprietary rights of Delos with respect to the Platform and the Content. You agree that you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or in any way tamper or interfere with, the Platform, its operation, or any of its components, including, without limitation, the Content. You also hereby certify that you have not and will not share your Platform user account or password with anyone.
